Strategic Corporate Citizenship Behavior: Based on the Operation of Government Relation Perspective

Corporate citizen behavior is the distribution process of value. CSR strategy has become a new hot spots of society to present, is in front of social masses. In the enterpfises position we regard the CSR strategy as the son strategy of nonmarket strategy in order to promote the competitiveness of the enterprises and get higher social good reputation, which was based on the layer surface that keeps close to the reality of society to guide enterprise to become corporate citizenship. Chinese unique nonmarket scene has offered research the very high possibility of strategically companys CSR strategy, this paper has put forward finally; study the theoretical and realistic meaning of companys CSR strategy based on the nonmarket strategy.
