Cultural Embeddedness, Network Behavior and Cluster Firms Innovative Ability

摘要：

Economic behavior is embedded in social relationships; the actors behavior is dominated by the incentive and desire of its own. Based on literature review of embeddedness, culture embeddedness and their roles on industrial clusters, we define the concept of culture embeddedness,and propose a theoretical framework: firms embedded in the regions culture, has been impacted by the different contents of regional cultural, resulting in the difference of network construction, network maintenance and network learning behavior, thus make differences on access and exploitation network resources of their own, finally the firms innovative capability will be completely vary.
