Evaluation of Ecommerce Capability in Emergency Logistics Using A Fuzzy AHP Approach

摘要：

An approach for ecommerce capability evaluation of emergency logistics based on fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)is proposed. In the paper, a comprehensive hierarchy of ecommerce capacity evaluation in emergency logistics wag established using fuzzy AHP. The weight of each index wag derived by AHP and the attribute value of each program wag derived by fuzzy theory. The simulation example illustrates the application of this method as well as the effectiveness of the process.
