Research on Virtual Value Chain of Tourism Enterprise Based on E-Business
With rapid development of computer technology and information technology, E-business has been widely applied in tourism industry and has significant influences on management pattern of tourism enterprises. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study changes of tourism enterprises value chain under the background of E-business. Based on the theory of virtual value chain, this paper firstly points out influences of E-business on traditional value chain of tourism enterprises. Secondly, it analyzes forming mechanism of tourism enterprise virtual value chain, which is creating value by collecting, organizing, selecting, synthesizing and distributing business information. Thirdly, it conslructs a framework of tourism enterprises virtual value chain, which inchdes activities of basic information value-added and activities of information value-added. Finally, it puts forward to corresponding reform measures on management of tourism enterprises to stimulate sustainable development of tourism industry.
