Legal Liabifity of Online Trade Platform Service Providers
With the constant development of computing and Interact technology, a new retail form via the online Trade platform(OTP)shows a remarkable charm. Trade via the OTP happens every minute all over the world and the number of users increases gradually year by year. However, relevant legal mechanism and fundamental theory research fail to catch up with the development of the OTP. Furthermore, disputes arising from the OTPs operation soar day by day. This article introduces the OTP disputes in general, does a background study of Taobao. com, explores and analyzes the OTP service providers legal status and legal liability as well. Finally, this article concludes with some suggestions hopefully to achieve the goal of reconstructing the relationship among all the OTP parties so as to obtain multiple wins.
