A Research of Participants Behavior in Online Auctions
First, we analyze the classification of online auction bidders behavior and their characteristics, and then discuss the influence of bidding ending rules based on time and activities to bidders behavior. The setting of auction parameters such as lot size, open bid, final bid and bidding increment etc., which affects participants behavior is discussed too. At last, we point out the influence of collect fees to the participants, and indicate how to choose appropriate behavior strategies under different auction environment.
