A Research on Evaluation and Forecast Model for E-Business Trust of B2C Based on Projection Pursuit Classification and Fuzzy Neural Network
Consumer trust have been rendered to be the bottleneck of constraining development of B2C business, how to improve consumer trust and construct trust assessment of model have became the research focus of scholar at home and abroad. Based on current study results, the paperproposes a B2C e-Business assessment model based on Projection Pursuit Classification (PPC) and Fuzzy Neural Network. Applying PPC can make ultimately overcomes influence of the proportion of subjectivity and avoid precocious convergence, thus providing a new objective evaluation, take the assessment result of PPC astraining sample of Fuzzy Neural Network, applying characteristics of Fuzzy Neural Network, could make Prediction assegment more accurate.
