Study of Trust System of the B2B Model of E-commerce in China

In recent years, the B2B e-commerce has been developing quickly in China. But its trust construction lags behind the reality of the rapid development of B2B e-commerce and has become the barrier of development of e-commerce in China. In this paper, we have studied the basic framework of the Chinas B2B e-commerce trust system in view of the current situation of trust and problems of B2B e-commerce, and analyzed features, strengths and weaknesses of the trust system of e-commerce based on the third-party certification. In the eomparision with that of B2C and C2C, we proposed the main points and the relevant recommendations for the construction of B2B e-commerce trust system according to the features of B2B model of e-commerce.
