E-Commerce Website Evalu ation Based on Entropy Weight and TOPSIS
As a direct interaction platform for consumers, e-commerce website plays a vital role in e-commerce environment. In order to evaluate the e-commerce website objectively, a new comprehensive evaluation model, based on Entropy Weight and TOPSIS, is introduced in this paper. The model can effectively avoid the subjective factor effect on weighting determination and can reflect the real level of the evaluated websites in maximal degree. The practicability and rationality of the model have been verified by using it in the evaluation of actual e-commerce websites. It offers an effective theoretical foundation for the e-commerce websites evaluation.
