Study on improvement of Trust for Small Retailers Base on C2C Online-Trade
After a few years of development. Small Retailers Bage on C2C Online-Trade hag already formed an grand market. There is some shortcoming at the online reputation mechanism for the C2C market, how to valuate the sellers credit level and provide trust evaluation service to the buyer is a hot study field. This paper, at first, Analysis of the pattern of C2C E-Commerce, which ineluded the scale of C2C e-commerce increased rapidly; C2C E-commerce has already formed the Separatism Situation. The second, this paper presents a system analysis and application of C2C Online-Trade system. The end, this paper give some ways of improvement of customer satisfaction for small retailers base on C2C Online-Trade.
