Resources Integration for Small and Medium-sized Logistics Enterprises based-on Virtual Logistics Enterprises Alliance

摘要：

With the realistic situation of Chinese logistics industry, this article analyses the relationship between resources integration of Third Party Logistics (TPL) enterprises and Virtual Operation (VO), defines the Virtual Logistics Enterprises Alliance(VLEA), analyses the organizational form, and further mines the operation mechanism of VLEA. Finally it illustrates three forms of resources integration based-on VLEA, and discusses the competitive advantages of the organizational form of VLEA.
