Research on Performance Evaluation Method for Enterprises Intellectual Property Management Concerning Business Search

摘要：

According to the complexity and fuzzy of influence factors of comprehensive performance evaluation of enterprises intellectual property right(OPR)management, this paper adopts Analytic Hierarchy process(AHP)and Delphi methods to establish the index weight matrix, gains the weight of the factors, makes consistency check, finally obtains the quantitative judgment conclusion. The paper ends with examples of using the model for enterprise IPR management evaluation including Baidu, Yahoo, Live, Sogou, Soso, Xinhua and Youdao in the field of search engine, which is found in agreement with the actual situation.
