An Evaluation on Loyalty Degree of Knowledge Workers in Chinas State-owned Enterprises in E-business Environment

How to enhance the loyalty degree of knowledge workers is an important issue for human resources management in Chinas state-owned enterprises in E-business environment. This paper applies slruetural equation model analysis to build a quantitative evaluation model on the loyalty of knowledge workers, which will help enterprises to evaluate their performance and provide a theoretical basis.
