An improved OTP System Based on Identity of Mobile Equipment
This paper proposes an improved One-Time Password(OTP)system, which is based on identity of mobile equipment, named as OTP System Based on Identity of Mobile Equipment(OTPBI). The system utilizes the identity siring of mobile equipment and counter as main input to produce OTP of Mobile Client or Server. By emulating and analyzing. it proves that the improved system can provide bidirectional authentication, prevent a feigned server from deceiving the user, resist dictionary attack and decimal attack, and at the same time it keep simplicity to save cost of computation and network.
