A Research on the Effectiveness of the Tourism Enterprises Trust based on E-business

The effectiveness between internal and external of trust is being paid attention to during recent years. During the process of e-business transactions of tourism product and service between the tourism enterprises and the tourism consumers, e-businesses are applied to the tourism enterprises to build trust amongst tourism consumers with the protection of the privacy and security. This study is to research the effectiveness of internal and external of the tourism enterprises trust in terms of purchase intentions of the tourism consumers, and then the outcomes can be obtained. The findings indicate the present effectiveness between internal and external of the tourism enterprises trust did not affect tourism consumers trust, which can not increase trust.
