Market Forcast Model of New Product in Fashion Industry

Facing the increasingly pressure of industry and the competition in the market, and according to the unique characteristics of apparel industry, this thesis puts forward a kind of apparel market step models that based on the forecast sales. The test model has three steps: (1) using the CURE Algorithm of data mining to cluster stores and gain the centre store;(2)choosing test stores;(3)forecasting sales. Finally, compares our models with the existing methods at company on forecast errors and forecast costs by cases, and then educes that the former one is better.
