A New Nominative Signature Scheme

A nominative signature is a scheme such that only the nominated receiver can verify and accept the nominator (signer)s signature, and if necessary, the nominee can prove the validity of the signature received by him (her) to any third party. However, Kim-Park-Wons nominative scheme does not meet the requirements of the definition of a nominative signature. Then, based on the Schnorr signature scheme, by using the techniques of the signature of equality, a new nominative signature scheme is proposed, which satisfies the requirements of a nominative signature. According to the security analysis, it is found that the new scheme is secure against forgery. The security of the proposed scheme depends on the hardness assumption of computing Diffie-Hellman problem and the security of the Schnorr signature.
