ERP Implementation Strategies Based on Critical Success Factors
ERP implementations are complex undertakings. The purpose of the present paper is to demonstrate strategies how ERP implementation ideas and strategies together could help overcome failure ERP implementation in Chinese firms based on critical success factors. Factor research is valuable for advancing our understanding of ERP implementation success. This study investigates a critical success factors model leading to implementation success, which is included top manager support, project champion, external experts, education & training, accuracy of data, project management, drawing from literature research, case research, experts-interview, questionnaire investigation. And the model is theoretically sound and can be helpful to provide better understanding about the success of ERP systems. At last this study provides ERP implementation strategies according to the critical success factors model.
