Multi-hierarchical Grey Evaluation on ERP Project Risks Based on Combinational Weight

摘要：

The ERP project risks have the characteristic of fuzzy, uncertain and incomplete information, so the risks evaluation system of ERP project can be seen a grey system. In the evaluation model of Grey Multilevel Hierarchy, the weight is very important. We develop the Grey Multilevel Hierarchy model for ERP project evaluation based on the combination of subjective and objective weight The weight determined by the combination weighting method can embody both the subjective and the objective information, and at last it is put into practice in the enterprise.
