Research on Flezible Scheduling in Modern Production System
With the market competition becoming fiercer and the market demand more diverse, more and more enterprises adopt more variety and minor batchs production model, so the production processes become more complicated. Then how to schedule is a problem for enterprises to be solved urgently under this condition. From the point of flexibility, it particularly analyses several factors which influence production scheduling notably, for examples, flexibility of decision, dynamic of supply and demand, dynamic of production, dynamic of equipment, dynamic of personnel, dynamic of route, and so on. It evaluates the present method of production scheduling in common use, then points out the solution of flexible scheduling should be developed towards integrative and intelligent direction. It brings forward a feasible scheme to solve scheduling problem and advice that should be paid attention to in production scheduling. It also designs and exploits a flexible assistant scheduling system: AJ-System based on the feasible scheme for a material machine enterprise, and obtains satisfied result.
