Evaluation on Post-merger Organizational Culture Integration and its Effectiveness Based on Fuzzy Sets
The issues on organizational culture and organizational culture integration have aroused many scholars interest for three decades. After taking some qualitative and quantitative studies on organizational culture evaluation, diagnosis, and culture measuring scales, they have achieved a lot, but there still needs to have a further study on the issues of post-merger organizational culture integration. Thus, based on the Denison organizational cultural questionnaire (OCQ) and fuzzy sets theory, this paper constructs a post-integration organizational cultural evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation model. After the case study, the evaluation result of the model offers a useful reference to assessing the integration goal and organizational performance.
