Study on IT application Maturity: based on the perspective of enterprise capability
The present situation is that IT investment increases continuously, but it doesnt produce high interests in China. What is the reason? This paper proposed the theory model which enterprise management system capability and control capability had influence on IT application based on the perspective of enterprise capability and literature reviews. Management control capability was proved as a mediator variable in the relationship of enterprise management system capability and IT application maturity by empirical research, and management system capability and control capability had influence on IT application indeed. It suggested that the cultivation of enterprise management system and control capability was the key to promote IT application maturity and realize informatization.
