The Research of Knowledge Transfer in Virtual Enterprise based on Evolutionary Games Theory
The members of knowledge transfer in virtual enterprise will take different strategies for their own profits. So analyze the game relationship of members in virtual enterprise is necessary. This paper research the knowledge transfer in virtual enterprise with evolutionary game theory. The result shows that cooperation and competition are concomitant in virtual enterprise. Besides, the factors such as punishment level for non-cooperation, existing knowledge resources of each members, knowledge profit and initial willingness to cooperate are impact on the knowledge transfer in virtual enterprise. This research will be propitious to establish an effective mechanism for knowledge transfer in virtual enterprise.
