The Impact Mechanism analysis of Information System and its Evolution on Knowledge Work

摘要：

As an indispensable tool of knowledge work, Information system is drawing more extensive attention. From the perspective of structural rule and the application of evolutional concept, this paper regarded the information system and its evolution as a tool to reduce the entropy of knowledge work structure and established the static and dynamic evolution model of information system. This paper also analyzed the impact mechanism of information systems in improving the knowledge works structural process. Meanwhile, the continual evolution of the information system will promote the standardization of knowledge work. The standardization of knowledge work and evolution of information system are in a benign cycle to improve the knowledge work productivity and to support the effective applications of information system. The conclusions of this paper provided a reference for the study of knowledge work productivity and effectively application for information systems.
