IPR Driving Industry Restructuring and Firm Modification--Analysis based on Seed Industry

This paper takes domestic and international seed industry as an example to make a systematic and overall analysis on how intellectual property rights reshapes industry structure and firm behavior. The paper also studies the problem in Chinas IPR process and hence provides some implications.
