Countermeasures against Risks of Financial Services Outsourcing
With the rapid development of financial services outsourcing in the context of globalization, economic stagnation and complex market environment brought about by sub-loan crisis not only are violently impacting financial institutions, but also sounded the alarm bell for development in time. How to guard against financial services outsourcing is necessarily the premise of steady development of worlds financial services outsourcing, and plays a key role in sustainable development of this industry. This paper proposes countermeasures against risks of financial services outsourcing. To prevent the legal risks, operational risks of service outsourcing provider, business risks of financial institutions that provide services outsourcing, dependence risks of services outsourcing providers, which exist in financial services outsourcing, two measures are proposed that financial institutions should strengthen management of service outsourcing and external monitoring system of financial services outsourcing should be improved.
