A Study on the Yield of Art Fund as Ezemplified by British Rail Pension Fund
Its now generally agreed that the prospect for Art Fund is optimistic as an important and distinctive capital fund. On the one hand, the Art Fund got finance from numerous investors and its contribute to make the tremendous effort to control risk and maximize profits as a result of portfolio for the fine arts; on the other hand, the manager of Art Fund either has educated tastes in art, or has a whole wealth of experience in administration. However, whether believing the prospective rate of annual average yield is debatable based on the art investment case of British Rail Pension Fund.
