Study on Foreign Ezchange Management Mode of Chinese Multinational Corporation
The fluctuation of RMB exchange rate gets more and more elastic, which has proposed the severe challenge to the development of Chinese Multinational Corporation in the early-stage, and has put forward higher demand to its exchange management ability. It is an urgent task for the multinational corporation at present to explore a set of exchange management mode which meets its self-development Directed towards the complexity of multinational management, under the thinking method from points to lines to planes and systematized thought of combining centralized and decentralized management, this article proposes Pyramid Style exchange management mode of multinational corporation, and structures the basic frame of this mode, which has expanded the function of exchange management in a visualized form, and strengthened the importance of multi-zone management between every system of the exchange management.
