Chinas Financial Structure and Functional Defects after 30-year Reform

After 30 years of financial reform, financial structure has undergone profound changes in China. There are diversified financial institutions, financial instruments and financial assets. The capital markets and insurance markets have also been a great development However, through inspecting the function of Chinas financial structure, such as risk management, information management and corporate governance, we find that there are some material weaknesses. Finally, we give some countermeasures.
