Design of the Organizational Function for High-tech Virtual Enterprises

摘要：

The paper firstly analyzes the basic framework of high-tech virtual enterprises organization structure, then using the basic theory of IDEFO model designing to construct an organization function model of high-tech virtual enterprises. Finally, based on this model and modularization thinking is used to design organization function module of high-tech virtual enterprises, and fundamental strategy of module combination is proposed.
