Research on the Application of CRM in Chinese Commercial Banks Based on Financial Disintermediation

With the development of networks and the digital age, financial disintermediation has become a worldwide tendency. How to develop the application of CRM in Chinese commercial banks based on financial disintermediation is hot issue. Firstly, this paper analyses the status quo of Chines financial disintermediation and demonstrated that the measure of our commercial banks, under the background of financial disintermediation, it is carrying on that financial innovation and the key of financial innovation is Customer Relationship Management(CRM). Then, the paper analyses the status quo and the existing problems of CRM in our commercial banks. Finally, the paper puts forward speculations and suggestions for our commercial banks to implement of CRM.
