On the Innovation Management of Private Enterprises in China

摘要：

Private enterprises are playing more and more important part in Chinas economic life and their development is increasingly fast. However, millions of private enterprises go bankrupt every year and the number is the highest in the world. The main reason for high-frequent bankruptcy of private enterprises is that the owners view in the background of Chinese traditional culture in the private enterprises is conflicted with the rules, systems and programs required by the modem enterprise management Therefore innovation management should be carried out in the private enterprises. This essay reveals that private enterprises in China need innovation from five aspects and some suggestions are given aimed at every aspect in order to help innovation of private enterprises.
