The Relationship between Women Entrepreneurs Psychological Capital and Venture Growth in Transition Economies
Positive psychological capital consists of such four sub-constructs as hope, optimism, toughness and self-efficacy. It is found after questionnaire survey on 131 women entrepreneurships that the positive psychological capital of women entrepreneurs in transition economies is significantly related with venture growth, i. e. the more positive psychological capital a women entrepreneur holds, the better venture growth will achieve; optimism, hope and resiliency are also respectively be in correlation with the venture growth. And it is also found in the research that the predictive power of positive psychological capital to the venture growth is superior to that of human capital and social capital.
