An Empirical Study on the R&D Inputs and Outputs in Hubei
Scientific and technological innovation capacity is one of the cores of enterprises competitiveness. And it has a vital effect on the enhancement of a nations technology level, economic development and comprehensive national strength. The paper establishes a scientific and technological innovation capacity indicator system and evaluates the scientific and technological innovation capacity in Hubei with national 2006 year data. Then the paper analyses the reasons why scientific and technology innovation outputs capacity in Hubei is low. Finally the paper puts forward some corresponding policy recommendations.
