The Impact of Human Resource Management On Organizational Commitment And Employee Satisfaction In The Shaanzi High-tech Enterprises

This study use questionnaires, regard high-tech enterprises as object, released 243 copies questionnaires in Shaanxi Province, carried out statistical analysis on survey quantified results by SPSS software. This study will explore the mutual relationships among the three: human resources management, employee satisfaction, organizational commitment in high-tech enterprise. And then based on the findings of the study, put forward relevant recommendations as the reference to high-tech enterprises, so as to establish better human resource management mechanism, and improve business performance.
