An Empirical Study on Enterprises Human Resources Deployment
To simplify the complex decision process of human resource management, this paper analyzes business goals and individual goals comprehensively, gives specific target indicators of enterprises human resources deployment, including education, work experience, skill level and employee satisfaction and so on, and applies grey multi-objective decision method to enterprises human resources deployment; compared with single-objective decision method, organization staffing by this method is more scientific and reasonable.
