Case Studies on Headquarters Location of Private Enterprise-On the Basis of Political Resources
This article selected KDL as a case, using case studies methodology to discuss the problem of private enterprises headquarters location in China considering the political resources and analyze the role of the relations between business and government in the selection process of headquarters location. Then put forward four propositions, and eventually established a Relationship Model, including Chinese private enterprises own internal factors, the various different features of the local government and the decision-making of the Chinese private enterprises headquarters location, clarifying the main relationship between propositions, decision-makers and the relevant factors.
