Study on Building Knowledge Management-Orientated (KM-orientated) Performance Evaluation System for High-tech Enterprises

摘要：

High-tech enterprises are those who are engaged in R&D, innovation and commercialization with knowledge. This paper puts forward a knowledge management-oriented performance evaluation system for high-tech enterprises based on organizational performance evaluation theory and knowledge management theory. It sets indices and standards based on four factors of knowledge management (including knowledge acquisition, knowledge dissemination, knowledge innovation/application and enterprise structure & culture) in order to carry out knowledge management-orientated performance evaluation of the whole business operation process. Finally, it gives an example of using this evaluation system. This evaluation system will supervise and urge high-tech enterprises to carry out the philosophy and request of knowledge management consciously in daily performance control and evaluation activities and eventually improve the performance of high-tech enterprises.
