The Relationship between Knowledge Innovation and Dynamic Capability: An Empirical Research about South China Enterprises

Dynamic capability is a key factor for enterprise to acquire and maintain competitive advantage in dynamic environment Knowledge is the basis of capability and knowledge innovation is an important way for enterprise to develop dynamic capability. In this paper, we study the relationship between knowledge innovation and dynamic capability, and the sample of this study includes 317 enterprises in South China. The result indicated that knowledge innovation has a positive direct impact on dynamic capability. Coordination & integration capability has a positive impact on reconfiguration & transformation capability, and knowledge innovation can improve both coordination & integration capability and reconfiguration & transformation capability.
