The Empirical Analysis on occupational planning of the Employees of Western Region Hotel Industry: A Survey of Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan Province
Based on questionnaire survey on the hotel industry in Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan province, statistical software SPSS13. 0 is used to do empirical analysis on the professional planning and design of the hotel industrys staff in western region. The results show that temperament characteristic of the staff has a significant impact on their position in the conversion; academic degree ties closely to career expectations; their occupational attitude works along with the time changing; many employees do not even agree with the hotels occupational planning system.
