A New Approach to Analysis of Green Risk in Construction Projects

Construction project green risks (CPGRs) refer to those threats to environment, energy sources and material resources during the entire life-cycle of a construction project. The emergent green risks in exploiting these resources are of varying concern to all. In this paper, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is introduced to optimum seeking for low GPGRs. The case shows that FAHP model fits to evaluate the CPGRs and to optimum selecting construction project.
