Study on the Sales Quality of Chinese Pollution-Free Food
For further studying the sales operation of Chinese Pollution-free food, we need have the comprehensive evaluation for the sales capability of pollution-free food. Based on the past research methods, we put forward the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method to assess whether a number of input variable and output variable of pollution-free food are relatively efficient or not. This method can be used not only for the assessing method of economic efficiency but also for social efficiency. We make the each phase of the number of pollution-free food enterprises, pollution-free food products, the area of origin monitoring, physical volume, annual exports and per capita disposable income as input indicator, and then select the pollution-free food annual sales as output indicator. By studying the efficiency development of Chinese pollution-free food from 1996 to 2007, we conclude that the sales quality of Chinese pollution-free food is in effective state for most of the years.
