Venture Capitals Preliminary Financial Evaluation on Hi-tech Enterprise in Traditional Industry

摘要：

After the venture investment screening the target enterprise among hi-tech enterprises in traditional industry, the next step is to take preliminary financial evaluation on them, and this plays an important role in venture investment process. The article takes a Shiyan auto unit high-tech Co. in traditional industry as an example, discuss the basic idea that Venture Capital Investment take the preliminary financial evaluation in various ways. The article integrated applied State-owned Capital Performance Assessment Method, Du Pont Analysis System and Grey Associate Analytical Method, in order to fully disclose the fact that hidden behind the information, and provide evidence for next-step decision-making activity.
