Organizational Size, Location and Employees Attitude to Statistical Technique and Employees Applying Statistical Techniques in Chinese SMEs
The paper discusses the influences of organizational size and location on employees attitudes to statistical techniques (STs) and their concrete behavior in applying STs by empirical research. The results show that organizational size and location all played important role in influencing employees attitude to STs and actual application in STs, but then, the impact of organizational size on employees applying advanced STs was an exception.
