Analysis on Customer Satisfaction, Enterprise Marketing Strategic Choice and Social Welfare Effects
With the emerging of buyers market, the development of information management technology and the gradual recovery of the awareness of consumer sovereignty, marketing development is closely related to the customer satisfaction. This paper will be based on customer satisfaction and enterprise satisfaction, and make a systematic research on social welfare effects under e-commerce mode from the angle of the corporate marketing strategy evolution.
