Empirical Study on the Relationships and the Performances among Enterprise Cooperative Degree in Supply Chain, Integration Capability and Enterprise Resources

摘要：

By the analyzing the data from the questionnaires, the relationships of the enterprise cooperative degree in the supply chain, integrating capability as well as the enterprises resources, and their interactive influences on the enterprises performances are studied in this paper. It is shown that the good cooperative condition, the integrating capacity and the enterprises resources can enhance the enterprises performances, within which the integrating capacity plays a more important part than the enterprises resources. The enterprises cooperative capacity in the supply chain contributes to the better acquirement and the usage of the enterprises resources, and to improve the integrating capacity. All these three factors, including the cooperative degree in the supply chain enterprises, the integrating capability and the enterprises resources, have been influencing each other, and have had a dynamic imp&ct on the enterprises performances.
