The Effect of Intellectual Capital on the Value of Strategic Alliance Enterprises

摘要：

This paper investigates the effect of intellectual capital on the value of strategic alliance firms, through regression analysis of enterprise value and the intellectual capital of 31 listed companies, this paper found that intellectual capital has significant impact on the business value of strategic alliances. Through the research, it is concluded that strategic alliance enterprises can accumulate intellectual capital in order to get more revenue through strategic alliance activities.
