Research on the Evaluation Indez System and Model Establishment of Supply Chain Performance

摘要：

Under the economic globalization, the enterprises pay more attention to the set and application of the supply chain management. Therefore, the evaluation of supply chain performance will be the important problem. On the basis of the research about supply chain performance, this paper studies and establishes the evaluation index system of supply chain performance in the three layers, namely strategies, planning and operation. Meanwhile, it also sets up an appraisal model based on the information entropy and unascertained measure, and gives some beneficial references for the supply chain enterprises.
