A New Customer Satisfaction Indices Model and Its Evaluation

In this paper customer satisfaction indices models are introduced briefly. Based on ACSI model, a new customer satisfaction indices model for products evaluation is built Moreover, the model is fitted by using the investigation data of a brand of womens shoe, and the results are evaluated and compared with the ones of ACSI model.
