Evaluation of Professional Service Supplier in the Service Supply Chain Perspective

With the increasing demand of service outsourcing, we firstly propose a professional service supply chain model based upon the perspective of service outsourcing, which is an integrated supply chain model with four tiers and the service make-delivery process is the core of the chain, and secondly, we establish an effective evaluation and selection system for service suppliers on a viewpoint of service supply chain, which has 3first-level indices and 20 third-level indices. Thirdly, we develop a combination approach of AHP and entropy to evaluate the professional service suppliers and At last demonstrate it with a simulation case.
